Citrix Support Releases Hotfix PSE450R05W2K3X64018 and PSE450R05W2K3026 for Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and XenApp 5.0 for Windows Server 2003 32 and 64bit

Creating a XenServer 5.5 Resource Pool with Shared iSCSI Storage
In this article, you will learn how to create a XenServer resource pool with shared iSCSI storage. A resource pool consists of multiple XenServer hosts joined together as a single, managed entity. When combined with shared storage, a resource pool enables virtual machines (VMs) to be started on any XenServer host containing the necessary available resources. VMs can also be moved dynamically between the members of the resource pool, using XenMotion, with minimal downtime. If an individual resource pool member has a hardware failure, then the administrator can restart the failed VMs on another resource pool member.

Attempting to Stream Adobe Photoshop CS4 with Citrix XenApp
A long time coming...... has been the ability to stream photoshop using Citrix XenApp to both workstations and XenApp servers. I have spent time on this in this past, trying to separate out the flexnet license service install, script the deployment manually in preparation for the streaming of photoshop, almost got it to work but then got distracted by season five of 24. Since then Citrix have released a beta version of XenApp 6 which includes version 6 of the streaming profiler. Version 6 includes the ability to stream services :D, sweet (Office 2010 installs 3 services also, so its pretty important that this is now supported).
